PLASTILOID is CELLUEOSE ACETATE produced by Eastman Mazzucchelli, widely used in sunglasses frames, eyeglass legs, films, hair accessories, screwdriver grips, oil cups and perfume bottles... and other uses.

特性

1. Good transparency, glossy surface, good hand feel, easy dyeing, good yellowing resistance
2. The material is strong, antistatic, and does not stain dus
3. Resistant to grease, but soluble in acetone and Dioxane solvents
4. The texture is similar to that of wood and can be used in cold climates

Molding condition

Dry：75°C 4hr

Injection temperature：190~220°C

Mold temperature：35~45°C
