LUPOY® is Polycarbonate Resin produced by LG Chem Ltd., which is widely used in small household appliances, automobiles, motorcycle lights, glasses, safety lenses, lighting shields, feeding bottles, electronic parts, medical equipment... Wait.

Characteristic

  1. Compared to other rigid transparent plastics, it has excellent impact resistance
  2. Excellent transparency: 89%
  3. HDT126°C Transparent material, excellent heat resistance temperature, HDT126°C
  4. Good dimensional stability, after injection molding, dimensional stability is relatively less easy to deform
  5. Non-toxic, FDA compliant (21CFR177, 1580)
  6. Available in UV resistance for outdoor use
  7. NSF certified, ANSI 61, ANSI 51 rated specifications for use in drinking water systems and food equipment materials

Molding condition

Dry：120°C 3~4hr

Injection temperature：260-300°C

Mold temperature：80-120°C
