Perfluoroalkoxyethylene Copoly is a thermoplastic PFA resin produced by 3M (Dyneon) in the United States, suitable for valves, pumps, chemically resistant parts, chemical solvent bottles, wires and cables, etc.

Characteristic

1. Injectable and extruded fluorinated resin (commonly known as thermoplastic Teflon).
2. Excellent chemical resistance (better than ETFE).
3. Abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and toughness.
4. Weather resistantance, resistant to ultraviolet rays and nuclear rays.
5. Endure good thermal properties, high dielectric strength FDA certification, and light transmission material.
6. FDA certified and translucent material
7. The operating temperature range is -200~260 °C, and it still retains high mechanical strength and melting point of 310°C.
8. It’s lubricating.
9. High oxygen limit index, no combustion.

molding condition

Dry：The original packaging does not need to be dried

Injection temperature：300~380°C

Mold temperature：50~90°C

Extrusion temperature：310~340°C

Molding head：350~360°C
