Full UL certification, excellent electrical characteristics, UL1446 electrical insulation system (EIS) certified in most specifications.
Good heat resistance, continuous use temperature (UL RTI) can reach 155 °C ~ 170 °C (PBT is about 140 °C). Heat deflection temperature 225°C (1.80MPa), Rynite FR533NH up to 240°C (1.80MPa).
Excellent flame retardancy. Take the Rynite FR533NH as an example, UL94 V-0 (0.4mm), UL94 5VA (0.75mm). Rynite FR530，UL94 V-0(0.35mm)， UL94 5VA(0.9mm).
Good oil and chemical resistance. Rynite range products for standard fuels, diesel (<90° C), lubricating oil (23°C), insulating oil, acetic acid, citric acid solution, lactic acid, sodium hydroxide solution, hydroxide solution, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, toluene, n-hexane, isooctane, acetone, ether... etc., there is good resistance. Low hygroscopicity. Hygroscopicity test with 2mm thickness specimens added by Cylanese Rynite and Zytel with 30% glass fiber specifications (similar to ISO 62 test standard); The test data was 0.2% (Rynite 530NC010) and 2% (Zytel 70G30LNC010), respectively. Rynite(PET) has a lower moisture absorption rate than Zytel(PA66).
For electronic connectors, motor components, coil frames (Bobbin), relays, electric vehicle components (EV)... and other high-performance electrical components.

Dry：100~140°C　【Suggestion use: dehumidification dryer or dehumidification enhancer.Moisture percentage of Material less then 0.02% after drying】

Injection temperature：270~300°C

Mold temperature：100~140°C
