  1. Complete specifications (more than 100 sticks), providing customers with a wide range of application options.
  2. UL listed for complete electrical performance, with UL 1446 Electrical Insulation System (EIS) certification in some specifications.
  3. Excellent low-temperature impact resistance. Taking the Crastin SK605 specification as an example, under the ISO 180/1A test standard, the notched impact strength of the cantilever beam is 11KJ/m2 at room temperature of 23°C and 10KJ/m2 at low temperature -40°C, with limited differences.
  4. Good oil and chemical resistance. Crastin range for diesel (<90° C), lubricating oil (23° C), insulating oil (23° C) and acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, sodium hydroxide solution, ammonia, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, toluene, n-ethane, isooctane, acetone, ether, salt solution, phenol solution... etc., with good resistance.   5. Low hygroscopicity. Cylanese Crastin and Zytel added 2mm thickness specimens with 30% glass fiber specifications to test hygroscopicity (similar to ISO 62 test standard); The test data was 0.15% (Crastin SK605) and 2% (Zytel 70G30L), respectively. Crastin (PBT) has a lower moisture absorption rate than Zytel (PA66).
  6. It is suitable for new energy industry, electronic connectors, relays, switches, distribution boxes, optical fiber cable sheaths, lighting components and low temperature requirements related applications.

Molding condition

Dry:100~140°C 【Suggestion use: dehumidification dryer or dehumidification enhancer】

Injection temperature:240~270°C

Mold temperature:30~130°C
