Characteristic

1. The specific gravity is less than 1.0 on average, which is easier to process than other soft materials, and the finished surface is dense and tactile
2. The heat resistance is better than other soft materials, and it can be used normally in the temperature range of minus 60°C~135°C
3. Good chemical resistance, better than other soft materials, can withstand the cleaning of general detergents
4. It can replace rubber products and eliminate the complicated manufacturing process of rubber products
5. UV resistant, NSF, fire V-0, FDA approved and PC PC/ABS bonded specifications

Molding condition

Dry：65~75°C, 2-3hr

Injection temperature：170~220°C
