ELASTOLLAN® TPU polyurethane resin, BASF's thermoplastic elastomer production plant, is the world's largest, most consistent and most specialized TPU production plant.

Characteristic

Excellent abrasion resistance
Tear resistance
High tensile strength and elongation at break
Excellent bending strength
Low temperature resistance(-35~-50°C)
Low long-term compression set
Resistant to oil, lubricating oil and aliphatic hydrocarbon organic solvents
It has the characteristics of antioxidant, ozone and aging resistance
There are special specifications for UV resistance and various additives Can be combined with PC, PC/ABS dual injection

Molding Condition

Dry：90~100°C 2~4hr ※Dehumidification and drying:80~90°C, 2~3hr

Molding temperature：

Molding pressure：30~180KG/cm

Holding pressure：30~140KG/cm
